When will I receive my order?
We handle all our orders once a week. So depending on when you ordered, and where in the world you ordered from, the time will vary from 2-14 business days.
Please have patience - our tiny team is handling everything by hand.
How to track my order?
All our orders are sent insured and with track and trace.
As soon as we have handled and packed your order, you will recieve a track and trace link by email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location. If your location does not show up on checkout, then contact us and we will help you get your package to your location.
I never got my order, what to do?
You can contact the provider of shipping you chose when placing your order and they will help you search for your missing package.
If the package is forever lost, then we will handle everything from here and you will receive a new shipping as soon as possible.
My shipment got damaged. What do I do now?
We send all of our orders insured and with track and trace. This means you most likely are assured a new shipment.

Orders made outside of EU can not be returned or refunded.

How does it work with pre-orders?
When will I receive my pre-order?
Buying a pre-order product means that you are ordering an item with a longer delivery time than usual.
If you bought a pre-order product you will always be able to find delivery time on the product page, in check out and on your order confirmation.
I made a pre-order, when will the money get withdrawn?
When you place a pre-order it means a prepayment is made. This is to make sure we print whats in demand.
This means the money will get withdrawn before the product is sent from our warehouse.
I ordered a product together with a pre-order, when will I receive them?
Did you buy both pre-orders and orders in stock, your items will be sent at the same time.
If you wish to receive other products before the date of dispatch of your pre-order you have to place your orders separately.
How do I track my pre-order?
As soon as we pack your order in our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. Until you receive this email, you will only receive an order confirmation from us.
